 We have engineered our online services infrastructure from the ground up to provide a secure, fast and functional service to all our customers. Wherever possible, we have implemented hardware and software to improve the quality of service and ensure failover and backup capabilities.  Throughout our network we have utilised trusted branded hardware to provide a reliable service. Hardware manufacturers include SuperMicro servers, Netgear switches and Liebert UPS systems. SuperMicro Servers Custom-built rackmount Intel Xeon and Pentium 4 servers running the latest Windows Server 2003 with at least 1gb memory. RAID 1 and 5 is used as standard for redundancy. Multiple UPS systems condition the power supply and ensure the servers stay on in the event of an electricity blackout. Full Backup Nightly backups are kept from all servers to allow easy restore of accidentally deleted files or an entire server in a worst-case scenario. Firewall Security Multiple layers of security are implemented throughout the network to keep each server locked down to maximum security.  |
